ZBYSB Series Variable Speed Hydraulic Pump
Introduction:
Keming ZBYSB Series Hydraulic Pump is a grouting machine with constant power and variable output, which can achieve single liquid grouting and double liquid grouting, mainly used for delivery cement slurry or other fluid materials.
Features:
1.This pump adopts hydraulic medium (slurry,hydraulic oil) to transmit the pressure signal,forming a closed automatic control system.
2.The pump adopts double fluid grout pump adjuster with accurate adjustment and no over-pressure performance.
3.The pump adopts new hydraulic system, stable reversing device, reliable performance.
4.The pump can achieve continuously adjustable flux output and output pressure, and automatically adjust the flux output according to the requested grouting pressure.
5.The pump is equipped with an accumulator with large capacity, achieving zero-speed reversion, and a cooler with large contact area, prolonging the continuous run time.
6.Small size, light weight, convenient movement and operation.

Application:
1.ZBYSB series hydraulic grout pump is widely applied for high-pressure high-volume grout for blocking and reinforce in mining well, tunnel, hydraulic engineering, subway, bridge and building construction.
2.ZBYSB series grout pump is a hydraulic reciprocating pump with low-frequency stroke and high thrust, so it can grout backward and grout thick slurry or liquid with particles.
3.ZBYSB series grout pump can grout single liquid, double liquid or chemical liquid.
