• Introduction

Manual pump is mainly used for delivery or pressure grout of cement slurry and other fluids like cement.

• Operation

Connect the suction pipe( the length is less than 3m) and discharge pipe, and insert the suction pipe into material hopper.

Shake rocker manually. The slurry will be sucked in and discharged continuously under the reciprocating motion of piston.

• Maintenance

Clean the pump and pipes with clean water after each work shift, as follows:

1. Insert the suction pipe into clean water, and shake rocker manually until the clean water is out from discharge pipe;
2. Stir the steel ball inside suction inlet with steel wire to exhaust the residual water in piston chamber from suction inlet;
3. Tip the pump at an angle of 90 degree to exhaust the residual water in upper cavity of steel ball from discharge outlet.

Introduction:

Keming ZBYSB Series Hydraulic Pump is a grouting machine with constant power and variable output, which can achieve single liquid grouting and double liquid grouting, mainly used for delivery cement slurry or other fluid materials.

Features: 

1.This pump adopts hydraulic medium (slurry,hydraulic oil) to transmit the pressure signal,forming a closed automatic control system.

2.The pump adopts double fluid grout pump adjuster with accurate adjustment and no over-pressure performance.

3.The pump adopts new hydraulic system, stable reversing device, reliable performance.

4.The pump can achieve continuously adjustable flux output and output pressure, and automatically adjust the flux output according to the requested grouting pressure.

5.The pump is equipped with an accumulator with large capacity, achieving zero-speed reversion, and a cooler with large contact area, prolonging the continuous run time.

6.Small size, light weight, convenient movement and operation.

Application:
