Operation Tips of KEMING Mini Concrete Pump

1. Basic requirements of using Keming KMB Full HydraulicMini Concrete Pump:

(1) Stable voltage of 380 v in construction site.

(2) An air compressor of 13 m3 with steady air volume and air pressure .

(3) Concrete suitable for pumping.

2. The operator should be trained with independent operation capability and basic knowledge of pumping and concrete spraying construction.

3. The operator should read this operating instruction carefully before operating the machine.

4. The dragged speed should be not more than 5 km/h.

5. Check the oil tank to make sure the oil volume is sufficient before use. (The optimal work volume is half of oil level gauge.)

6. The maximalaggregate size should be not more than 15 mm and concrete slump should be strictly controlled within 100 mm - 180 mm.

7. It is forbidden torunthe machine when the system air pressure is lower than 0.7 MPa. Note: Before spraying operation, open the main air valve first and then pump.

8. The electric control system should be grounded reliably. When working voltage is lower than 380v, the pump will not work normally.

9. Before startingthe machine, fulfill all preparations in strict accordance with operation requirements. No operation against rules is allowed.

10. It is forbidden torun the vibration motor when no material is in the hopper.

11. It is forbidden toput hands into the hopper and water tankwhen the machine is running.

12. Stop pumping at once when there is large pulse in nozzle and pipe blockage.

13. Non-professional maintenance personnel is not allowed to dismountthe machine, especially the main parts, such as hydraulic valve, oil pump, oil cylinder assembly, etc.

14. Clean the machine and delivery pump with clean water thoroughly after each pumping operation.

15. New machine should be added the hydraulic oil before first use. Add and change hydraulic oil regularly according to the operating instruction.
