Introduction：
KEMING KZW Cement Mortar Plastering Machine is a new developed high-pressure screw type mortar plastering pump. Due to its advanced technology, convenient operation and maintenance, functional advantages.

Application：
1.Pressure grouting for reservoir, hydropower, dam, port, dwarf etc;
2.Basic treatment and reinforcement grouting of soft foundation;
3.Backfill grouting or bolting grouting for tunnel, subway,mining construction;
4.Slurry circulation and mortar backfill for ground-source heat pump deep well construction ( new technology);
5.Building mortar conveying for floor, masonry or plastering;
6.Conveying and spraying of commercial mortar or equivalent mortar.

Operation：
(1)Before start the machine, start oil pump and pump oil to driving parts for several times.

(2)Connect power supply. Start the main motor and check whether the rotation direction of conveying screw is consistent with arrow direction. If it is inconsistent, switch the power phase (This step should be take before each connection of power supply).

(3)Connect the delivery hose and spraying nozzle. Add 5L clean water into hopper. Start the motor and pump the water to lubricate the hopper, screw pump and delivery hose. Stop the motor before the water is drained.

(4)Add mortar into the hopper. Start the vibrating screen and begin spraying (start air compressor first and then open air valve).

(5)Before spraying, the working surface should be wet. The spray nozzle should be perpendicular to the working surface (distance can be adjusted according to spray effect). The spraying process should be layered, even and synchronous with finishing touches.

(6)Mortar feeding process should be even and continuous. When conveying screw rotates, it is forbidden to stir the mortar with stick for fear of damage.

(7)During the operation, the worker should wear safety helmet, protective glasses, protective clothing and other protective products.
