How to Choose a Suitable Hose Pump

1. Materials

Material composition and max. diameter should be confirmed.

KEMING KH series hose pump can pump the following materials:

Output capacity and pumping pressure are two important parameters for a hose pump.

Output capacity is determined by many factors, such as:

Hose ID. - higher flow rate with larger ID.

Pump head OD. - higher flow rate with larger OD.

Pump head RPM - higher flow rate with higher RPM

Rated working pressure varies from 0.6-1.5Mpa

3. Squeeze Hose  

Choose suitable squeeze hose material according to the pumped materials.

Choose suitable hose ID. and length according to output capacity.

Hose Length: 520-2500mm

4. Gearbox

KEMING KH series hose pump can fix there kinds of gearbox:

A: Cycloidal pinwheel reducer gear box;

B: Spiral bevel gear

C: Sprocket chain transmission

5. Driving type

Choose electric motor or diesel engine according to the working condition.

If electric motor is needed, make sure the correct voltage and frequency.
